It is what it is

Yazzers, it's saturday and I'm back in Urbana getting the house up to a reasonable temperature and enjoying the solitude. Thanksgiving was pretty sweet - lots of the fam came over as well as Tommy (his folks live in Reno so I invited him to celebrate with us). Old Fashioneds and wine like usual, and plenty of it. I was the bartender for the party. Afterward, Tommy, Ben, Matt Lazzara and I all went to Brixie's to enjoy a couple beers after dinner. We ended up closing the place, not too surprising I suppose. It was fun - lots of darts and pints of Moosehead.

I flew the coop with Voss and Schneider on friday and we went to Mora's lakehouse for a night of debauchery and alcohol, par usual. I actually kept my wits about me for a change, which was nice. I didn't feel rough at all this morning. Zach, Sarah Skerret, Leah and Chris and Kristin were also there. We played an awesome game of 'loaded questions' - I don't think I've laughed so hard in a year. We were losing it. The questions just kept getting bawdier and bawdier. Alright, Ben just got here and we're gonna burn one down if ya know what I'm saying. Here's to it....
