It is what it is

Hey hey, just reading all the reflective blog posts of my friends and really enjoying them, as usual a big bravo to pip, nick, schneider, dan and kit - our solid blogging community! And I'm really enjoying Gary's new blog as well - as Dan so aptly put it, this is the news of our world that we read after the newspaper. The real news! Even if you don't know these folks you should check out their sites for a solid mix of humor, the news, and many unique views on our little world.

Nick - you talked a while ago about making a common blog that we can all post on - ideas, collaborations, argument, creativity and destruction. Let's do it, a nice little space for an online collective. I'd be happy to set it up but I think that some people have more template expertise than me.

And now onto the weekend - 'twas a good one. Hung out with the girls on friday and saturday night. Sarah went to bed early on friday so after I went out for steak with my family for my grandma's birthday Mora and I went to her house and played cards. We also finished a bottle of whiskey between us, yowza. It was a blurry taxi ride home from her house and a painful next day. Saturday was bumming around and then Dawn, Kristin and Mora coming over for an all night talking and drinking high guys. Very nice. Now I'm chilling to some Snow Patrol, and frankly feeling quite content. I think I'll be calling Efi later - I wanted to call yesterday but by the time Dawn and Mora crashed on the couches (Kristin had left) it was nearly 6:30, and I could barely keep my eyes open.
