Yes, I'm not ignoring any calls - far from it. My phone's screen now inexplicably (and seemingly, permanently) reads 'INSERT SIM'. The SIM card is inserted, so I don't know. Let me recommend to everyone that they NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER buy a phone made by Sony Ericcson. I'll write when I've got a new phone, but until then email me if you know my address.
