Memorial Day part I

It was the second annual Doran reunion up at the lakehouse in Indiana.

It started off with a little work - Jane guided us in planting 350 prairie grass plants in the front yard. It only took 1/2 hour with many hands to help.

Joe proudly lent a hand.

'I'll be the only one working in the picture.' -Grandma Doran

Joe and I caught a glimpse of a tree frog on the rail of the back deck at night.

The Galloways came and Patrick and I played some jenga, well, no-name jenga.

I lost against a man born when I was a senior in high school.

I gave the camera to Patrick for a while and he went around snapping pictures. Here's grandma and mom.

Grandma and aunt Ann.

Coming up next time are Patrick's 'Intimate Portraits' and 'Lakehouse Objects' series of photos.
