Frappe (with pictorial instructions)

Hey dudes. I'm a guy that loves coffee, and my absolute favorite way to drink it is the Greek-style frappe. Here's how to do it:

You're going to need sugar, instant coffee, ice, a shaker (I used an empty instant coffee container), milk, a glass at least pint-sized but preferably 20 oz, and a straw.

Fill the glass a little less than half full of ice.

Put two ice cubes and about three fingers of water in your shaker.

Add one scoop of instant coffee to the shaker. You can add more or less to taste, or substitute with decaf if you prefer.

Add a scoop of sugar to your shaker, again to taste. We're out of regular sugar so I'm using brown sugar, which is just as good.

Cap and shake very well, preferably with a strangely stern expression on your face.

It should be nice and foamy, like this.

Pour that foam over ice.

Then top it off with milk.

Put a straw in it, stir a bit and you're all set to sip. It's great when you need a little boost of pep, or to stay extremely regular. Enjoy!

Can I put whiskey in mine, or does that kill the experience?
