It is what it is

It's really appalling what our government has done with international laws. The unilateral attacks on Iraq and Afghanistan are just the most glaring of our flagrant disregard for the sovereignty of other countries. We are the hegemonic power of the world and use this not to be an benevolent and peaceful force but rather an excessive and overbearing glutton and warmonger. The US is the number one threat to world peace now, not 'terrorism', a convenient rhetorical foil used to justify this country doing whatever it wants. The second largest criminal worldwide of this would have to be Israel who we subsidize to fight a war of oppression and apartheid against the Palestinians. We must depose king bush II, he must not win another term for the good of humanity. Read this article and see if you can still sympathize with america and it's 'war on terrorism'. http://www.guardian.co.uk/guantanamo/story/0,13743,1098604,00.html

'It was as if the Bush administration so wanted the Hollywood fantasy of a central terrorist campus to be true that they built it themselves.'
